The UK Vegetable Genebank conserves genetic diversity in vegetable crops through managing a collection of almost 14,000 seed samples
Our #HSL50 seed relay has arrived @WarwickGRU! The golden heritage radish & carrots have been safely stowed away in the #UKVGB vaults. 50 yrs ago, the #HeritageSeedLibrary's founder Lawrence Hills sent the first precious parcel of at-risk heritage seeds to UKVGB for conservation.
