No. SCOTUS is considering arguments in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization. If the Court strikes down Roe, more than 65 million American women (almost 40% of women in the U.S.) would immediately lose access to an abortion in their home states.

The new law also makes it a crime to send the medication through the mail.
(For reference, Texas state data shows that medical abortion is the most common form of abortion in Texas.)

No. But in Texas, a new law went into effect on Thursday limiting the use of abortion-inducing medication. The law makes it a felony to provide the medication after 7 weeks of pregnancy (this is at odds with federal regulations).

Per @nytimes, it takes the court about 3 months after an argument to issue a decision. But the decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization is not expected until late June or early July.

A woman in Poland died of septic shock after her fetus died in the womb — the first death linked to a near-total abortion ban. She was eligible for abortion as her life was at risk, but family say medics waited for the fetus to die because new laws ban it for congenital defects.
