BREAKING NEWS: DOUBLE SHOOTING W/HOMICIDE: Valo Apartments 200 Bl. of M St. S.W. @DCPoliceDept on scene investigating a shooting with one individual pronounced dead on scene and a second person transported Pri-1 with gunshot wound injuries. Possibly a 3rd person injured also.
