You can't recover from multiple birds getting into the intake at 50 feet. There is a reason why these rules existed in the first place. A lot of stupid rules in the military exist because someone or multiple people died stupidly and that rule was the solution.

These Blue Angel Pilots have the skillset to fly a few feet apart inverted from another Blue Angel, while performing a loop at 700mph, I’m sure they have the skillset to safely perform a low level beach flyover.

@Toranaga680640 Not at a pitch like they were doing, you end up tumbling. Not only that, but the head of the Blue Angels agree with me on this being unacceptably dangerous. I think the pilot getting off with a warning not to do it again is fair, but rules against this stuff exist for a reason.

@Webtoon_art @Toranaga680640 If you're pitching like that you aren't going to have time to react before the situation is unsalvageable if something goes wrong (eg your controls don't respond properly on a highly complex machine). That's the entire point.
