@AJEnglish @AJENews yesterday's incident in Jos, Nigeria, fits the kind of news you cover.
English

@BashirAhmaad Is it your religion or it's just your heart that's this wicked? Or both?
Jos has been a hotspot before Alex came into the scene.
English

This is a strong call on the relevant authorities to urgently look into the activities of this young foreigner, Alex Barbir, who has been moving around openly, spreading hate and attempting to incite violence against Nigerians of diverse backgrounds. The authorities should take swift and lawful steps to investigate, apprehend, where necessary and ensure accountability to safeguard peace, unity and public order.

@WatchmanBoy @mrhighfoster The transcendent being is the base logic and nature itself.

Let me give you examples...
You see, when the sun gets too hot, Earth makes more clouds to cool herself down, more like pulling up a blanket.
Even fungi under the ground chat with each other in giant networks, sharing news about water and food across whole forests.
After big disasters (like when the supposed giant asteroid hit long ago), Earth slowly fixed everything. New plants grew, oceans cleaned up, and new animals appeared. She remembered how to stay just right for life.
And when people make too much smoke, parts of Earth (like forests and oceans) try to suck it up and balance things again.
.
.
.
So some scientists are saying this teamwork makes Earth act intelligent. Not thinking like you or me with words, but smart like a whole planet that senses problems, remembers, and fixes herself to keep all her living beings safe and happyyy

@CarvalhoClemen1 @WatchmanBoy @mrhighfoster you can attribute this to things that didn't create itself or isn’t eternal but heaven forbids it be a God

@Oludeewon Yeah. A friend was sharing how his friend told him not to bother with the AI tech solution he wanted to get to the her office through her. In her words, the powers-that-be, make money from the persistent breakdown in the sector. Lasting solution will stop the money flow.
English

My friend who used to work at BEDC told me in 2016 that the rot and corruption she saw in the Nigerian power sector CANNOT be solved in 50-100 years, except a miracle happens.
I told her it only takes a good government to fix it, and she laughed.
10 years later, she reminded me of that conversation
She is now in the UK🇬🇧 anyway, well established.

If I tell you my car is better than yours, I'll prove it with my car against yours. Should he quote oduduwa as primary source?

Born Racheal Olatoun Soetan in Lagos, she grew up in the Beere–Oke Are area of Ibadan. She was one of 28 children in her family and was originally raised in a Muslim background.
Her spiritual journey took a new turn in 1974 after she attended a revival service at Oritamefa Baptist Church, where she had a profound Christian experience that later shaped her music ministry.
Before fully committing to ministry, Soetan worked as a teacher for 16 years at Oritamefa Baptist School. She later became co-proprietress of Pathfinder College, a school founded by her husband, while continuing her music and ministry work.
Over a career spanning more than four decades, she became widely recognised as one of Nigeria’s pioneering gospel singers, known for spiritually themed songs such as “Train Up Your Child” and “Darling Jesus.”
Her music, characterised by rich harmonies and strong biblical messages, inspired generations of gospel musicians and worshippers across Nigeria.
Soetan is survived by her husband, Titus Soetan, family members, and a large community of gospel ministers and followers influenced by her life and ministry.
Rest in Peace.
