Welcome to my page I host The 10 Minutes Show - A quick, high-signal conversation with founders, executives, high-achievers and individuals with a story to tell. 10 minutes. One big lesson. I've interacted with: • Taj Jackson (Michael Jackson's Nephew) • Charlie Puth • IShowSpeed • and many more. The show is primarily online (X Spaces, Zoom, or Google Meet). In-person recordings are possible when schedules and location align. I've conducted wellness workshops and interactions with high-performers (founders, executives, and creatives) and I'm a co-founder myself. If you're a founder, executive, or high-achiever with a powerful story and you enjoy sharing lessons that help others on the same path, I'd love to have you on the show. Kindly DM me or visit the link in my bio to apply for "10 Mins with Vincent the Therapist" #The10MinutesShow

😂 😂 😂 Some eat in bulk. But many of the people I've seen, eat little portions at a time Sometimes when you cook, your appetite gets lower because the appeal gets lesser, than the ones in the sitting room, playing game and waiting for you to be done 😂 And yes, some women aren't intentional about cooking 😅

1) Most of them volunteer to cook so that they won't contribute money for foodstuff 2) They are very good friends with the local shop owners around them. They often gist with the sellers when they go out to get stuffs 3) They take the smallest portion of food when dishing out. They aren't foodies and they don't eat bulk. They prefer small small portions spread across the day 4) When their girl is around, they don't cook. They prefer to eat the food of their babe instead 5) They aren't food critics. It's the guys that eat a lot that are critics. The ones that can cook very well, mostly just observe and retain their comments when you cook something that's not "up to standards per say" 6) The less clothing they wear, the sweeter their food gets. That's why the food of the guy that wears boxers and singlet to cook, will taste better than our brother in the picture below that carried apron 😁 7) The shorter the guy is, the peppery the food gets. Short guys that are good cooks, loveee spicy ingredients 8) They like keeping stuffs in the house. If they don't have some core ingredients at their kitchen, they would be restless till they get them in stock 9) They are the ones that discuss market stuff with their mothers on phone call. 10) They always own an earpiece. Especially the white earpiece . . Looool, I'm a man of many experiences 😅 . . ✍️ Vincent the Therapist

She became a princess at age 20 🇬🇧 Princess Diana was the first royal bride in over 300 years to have a paid job before marriage (as a kindergarten teacher) She campaigned against landmines, walking through an active minefield in Angola in 1997. Princess Diana was a distant relative of eight U.S presidents, including George Washington (eighth cousin, five times removed). Originally dreamed of becoming a ballerina but was considered too tall. She omitted the word "obey" from her wedding vows, a break from royal tradition The princess opened the UK's first dedicated HIV/AIDS unit at Middlesex Hospital and famously shook hands with patients without gloves (just like the image below) Once had a pet guinea pig named Peanuts that won two pet shows and went with her to boarding school Before workouts, she ate an unusual meal of Heinz baked beans, pink grapefruit, coffee, and orange juice. She disguised herself as a man to visit a gay bar (Royal Vauxhall Tavern) with Freddie Mercury. Also was the first royal to give birth in a hospital to a future monarch (William in 1982). Princess Diana had Indian ancestry through her fourth great-grandmother Eliza Kewark from Bombay. The princess met Prince Charles (Now king) only 13 times before their wedding. She tragically died on 31 August 1997 at age 36 from internal bleeding (ruptured pulmonary vein) after a car crash in Paris' Pont de l'Alma tunnel. Princess Diana was buried holding rosary beads given to her by Mother Teresa 🕊️ . . . Out of all these traits of Princess Diana, there's one that struck me the most. And it's her extreme down-to-earth interactions with people. She disguised to enter a bar with Freddie Mercury. And then she also shook hands with AIDS patients, which to me is veryyy wholesome. She just showed us all that there should be absolutely no stigma attached to people with AIDS. As AIDS can't be transfered with physical contact or apparently - a handshake And then she campaigned against landmines (bombs placed in the ground as a trap during war) by actively walking through a landmine. . . I want you to learn something good from Princess Diana's story. No matter where you get to in life, always have a strong will and mind of your own. Princess Diana was already working as a teacher, even while in her royal status. She didn't care who looked or what people said. She just did what was true to her. Today, I want you to live for you. Do the things you would do whether the money comes or not. Live simple and never look down on anyone at all. The fun in life, is in the simplest interactions with everyday people around you. Life gets so much better when you take the simplest things.... Simple I wish you great success as you navigate your life 🫂 . . . ✍️ Vincent the Therapist

He is 53 years old 🇬🇧 🇸🇱 He started DJing as a teenager under the name Big Driis the Londoner and still performs sets, including at Coachella His daughter handmade him a Golden Globe after he lost in 2011. He won the real one the next year Idris spent a night locked alone in a cell on Robben Island to prepare for his role as Nelson Mandela He trained for a year in kickboxing/MMA and won his professional debut fight by TKO in 2016. Has dual citizenship. UK and Sierra Leone (granted in 2019) He voiced characters like Chief Bogo (Zootopia), Shere Khan (The Jungle Book), and Knuckles (Sonic films) He owns a record label (7Wallace Music) and co-owns a Formula E racing team. . . . Honestly, Idris Elba's life is soooo random and flexible Voicing animations, doing DJ, training in kickboxing, owning a record label, acting blockbusters movies, etc This is a man that has really made himself so flexible that he can take up any activity and make it his own. . . And I want you to have this approach to your life as well Be flexible. Don't box yourself in only the things that you are convenient in doing. There's a whole world out there and the fun is that you try to do things that are outside what you would normally do. You will have so much quality of life, if you start working on being more flexible and open to life itself and it's activities. . . ✍️ Vincent the Therapist

I'm of the opinion that there's a certain joy that comes with being ignorant, then sadness when you get to a high level of consciousness because of the things you begin to gain knowledge on. But to be highly aware and still experience joy in the small moments that make up life, that takes a higher level of consciousness..

There's what I call the Bokku bread marketing model There's a very big chance that the first time you heard of this bread is by word of mouth marketing (even what I'm doing right now) People bought the bread at a good price. And it was so good that they openly came out to talk about how good the bread is, at that price And that created a sequence of people talking about it everywhere. To their family, on social media, etc . . But how did it happen? It's all because the Bokku company looked for the weaknesses of the bread industry. Let me list the weaknesses: - Good quality + expensive price - low quality + cheap price - Fair price + inconsistency in taste If you notice a lot of bread brands, you will discover at least one of the above weaknesses that I just stated. . . So what did Bokku do? They gave a solution of Good initial quality + fair pricing + consistency in taste So that when you buy their bread for the first time, it will be the same taste consistency as when you buy the bread for the 30th time. This is the ultimate formulae, and so buyers that get the bread do not yet make reviews at the first 2 times of eating the bread. They make their reviews at the point where they realise the consistency of taste of Bokku bread, after buying the bread for like the 8th time already . . This same logic applies to other bread brands that are making strong waves. And you can also apply it to your products/services as well. A lot of people do not take sooo much research to see the pain points of existing customers that have used similar products/service to what you are offering But if you can dedicate a lot of research and even money to know what your target audiences are complaining about.... Then you will build an offering that solves their problem to the extent that they speak about it soooo much to whoever cares to listen. . . . Thank you very much for reading 💯 You can kindly follow me check my profile @mrhighfoster for more posts like this. If you have questions, kindly ask them below . . ✍️ Vincent the Therapist

She is 60 years old Wrote her first story at age 6 about a rabbit with measles. Her mother was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis when Rowling was 15. She regrets never telling her about Harry Potter before she died at age 45 Rowling invented Harry Potter on a delayed train in 1990 The manuscript was rejected by 12 publishers before Bloomsbury accepted it, partly on the advice of the chairman's 8 year old daughter. She used "J.K" so boys would read it (no real middle name) Founded Lumos charity to help orphaned children. Donated millions for a clinic named after her mother. She lost her billionaire status mostly through huge donations. Surprisenly, she plays Minecraft with her son. . . . Have you failed 12 times at that particular thing that you are doing? I'm not talking about all what you have done in your life I'm saying that particular thing that you are currently working on. Have you failed 12 times at it yet? If you haven't, then don't you dareeee give up on it. . . You just read the story of a strong woman that failed 12 times at finding a publisher for her book. So you can see that you aren't the only one who will face failures. But if you give up after few failed attempts.... Then you should be scolded and placed in the cold pacific waters for 10 minutes. Lol... Just kidding But seriously, you should brace yourself to fail multiple times. I'm gonna fail multiple times. JK Rowling did fail many times, so you aren't gonna escape it too So when it comes, you can eat, travel, watch a comedy show, go to the movies, bing eat again... But then go right back into what you are building or doing. That's the way to go honestly. Not gonna lie to you. (I have no gain in doing such) . . I wish you the best of luckk and please, remember to stay hydrated today 💦 . . ✍️ Vincent the Therapist

J.K Rowling is the first woman to become a Billionaire solely from writing. She was rejected by 12 Publishers before Harry Potter was published, which shows that failures will always be a part of your success. So don't beat yourself up too much and don't stop trying more ways.

Let me tell you something real quick in 2 minutes No matter what you are into, you can make it big in it. Bill Gates became a billionaire through computer softwares (Microsoft) Jeff Bezos became through e-commerce (Amazon) JK Rowling became through writing Dangote became through household food items Mike Adenuga became through Telecom (Glo) Etc... . . So you don't necessarily have to do tech tech tech or follow the bangwagon and do what everyone else is doing Just stick to your craft and intensely create solutions/offerings that relates to your craft. You can innovate and evolve... But you don't necessarily have to fully divert. Your heart is where your treasures are If you make your craft, your only treasure.... Then your heart will be in it fully 💯 Believe in yourself and what you bring into this world. That's all what matters. I repeat, that's all what truly matters 🫂 . . ✍️ Vincent the Therapist

That's panic attack and it's very normal Phillex When I started holding microphone, I would shake so much and even my voice would sound so nervous. How I got over this, is to drink water before the task. Have you wondered why football goalkeepers would drink water after they concede a goal? It's because they are so shaky and nervous, and the water would instantly calm them down again. And regulate their emotions. Water is an emotions regulator. This is also the same reason why you'd see that in a public meeting, podcast, interview or conference, there's always a glass of water at the table. And it's to calm your nerves when they start acting up. . . So take some water before the task And then take things slowly. Take in your environment. Integrate yourself in the environment. Observe your surroundings. Blend in slowly. When you are a part of that environment, you will take things slowly, without triggering your panic attacks Panic attacks mainly comes from your body being in a state of haste and rush. It's racing and just being overwhelmed by everything. So it enters into a state of panic, in a bid to protect you from that anxiety. That's why you will want to leave, or just not show up at all for the event. It's your body's way of trying to shield you and protect you. You are now the person that will be like "No, I'm good. I got this one, thank you" . . Thank you for this wonderful question 🎉

I love this question brother Public speaking is public. It means you are facing a group of people. So first thing is to gradually put yourself out in front of people. In your church/mosque, you can join groups that requires you to stand in front of people At your school, you can intentionally take up roles like course rep, faculty executive, departmental admin roles, event representative At seminars, you can sit at the front of the hall, and ask questions or make contributions to the speakers. . . Gradually, you will grow to see people as your "routine" and the confidence to talk or speak at their front, will increase. Start with these little things first and everything will fall in place. Your outfits, your aura, your intonation or phonetics, etc Some people are confident to speak publicly, even despite not having rich vocabularies. And it's because they started out small and grew to see it as a routine thing for them. . . Self awareness is good, but when you put it foremost, then you will overthink the smallest things "Am I wearing the right shoe? Is my voice clear enough? I have pimples on my face, don't I look somehow?... Etc" That's why I said you start with the places and the people where you are already familiar with. If you talk in front of your friends, colleagues, and people you generally see often, then you will be less self critical, than if you start with speaking to a large concert-sized audience So start with where you are and the places you go to often. It builds and compounds the confidence gradually. . . I wish you the utmost best brother🎉
