🔻Vigil for Sinwar in Greece in defiance of repression: "After the Zionist comprador Greek regime banned the vigil planned at Syntagma Square for the Martyr Yahya Sinwar - deploying thousands of pigs to Athens center in the process - the proceedings were forced to relocate to Exarchia. In close proximity to the monument of Martyr Alexandros Grigoropoulos, the manifestation and vigil went on steadfastly as chants of “Hamas Will Never Die!” echoed through the neighborhood. Below is the address given by Gather 4 Gaza during the proceedings: Revolutionary Anti-Colonial Commander. Strategist of Operation Al-Agsa Flood. Leader of the Islamic Resistance’s Political Bureau. Heroic Mujahid. Multilinguist Philosopher and Poet of the Resistance. Father of the Martyred. Yahya Sinwar, Abu Ibrahim, born in Khan Younis on 29 October 1962 a decade affer the Nakba which displaced his family from Asqalan, was struck down in combat in the Battle of Rafah one year ago today, resisting the occupation to the very last pulse in his veins, in the most magnificent military achievement of the 21st Century - if not in history. That such a small force, half-starved and orphaned, with weapons produced locally under total siege, brought this battle against a nuclear superpower and the combined might of the West to a standstill is a testament to the indomitable spirit and resolve of the Palestinian People, and the brilliant leadership of Yahya Sinwar. The Martyr Sinwar did not hideaway in any compound or office directing the battle from afar as is claimed by the Zionists and their servants, but fought with his troops side by side on the frontlines, bearing the revolutionary torch of those anti-colonial leaders who lead with the rifle in their hands and refused surrender, from Omar Mukhtar, Sheikh Izz Al Din Al Qassam, and Dalal Mughrabi, to Che Guevara, Ali La Pointe, Amilcar Cabral, and Chris Hani. That the occupation still remains, that the occupation continues its exterminionist project on the region under the cover of so-called "ceasefires", is not any failure of Hamas, nor of the collective Palestinian Resistance, nor of our allies in Yemen, Lebanon, and Iran, but a failure of those of us here, in the west, to dismantle imperialism at its blood-soaked roots and to engage in an active material solidarity with the Resistance, in this battle against the empire and its collaborators. I will conclude with quotations from the last will of the Martyred Commander Yahya Sinwar: "Do not fear imprisonment, for it is one step in the long and challenging road to freedom That Freedom, is not just a stolen right, but a concept born from pain and shaped by the weapon of patience This struggle is not a passing phase but our destiny carried until the last drop of our blood My will is for you to remain steadfast, clinging to your dignity and to the dream that never dies. The enemy wants us to abandon resistance, to turn our cause into endless negotiations, but I say to you, do not negotiate over what is rightfully yours, Carry the dream of Palestine in your heart and make every wound a weapon, and every tear a source of hope. This is my will. Do not lay down your weapons. Do not throw away your stones. Do not forget your martyrs, and do not compromise on a dream that is rightfully yours. if I fall, do not fall with me, but carry the banner that never falls and make my blood a briage for a generation that rises from our ashes stronger," Glory to the Eternal Hero Yahya Sinwar Glory to all those martyred in the struggle against zionism and imperialism Death to the Occupation, Death to Imperialism, Death to the Collaborationist Greek Regime Victory to the Resistance" Via Gather4Gaza: instagram.com/p/DP4nt_0iFfS/

In our interview Evan says “anarchism needs to be eradicated as an ideology” because it promotes an infantile “notion of an ethical solidarity of all peoples against all regimes,” equating “imperialist, Jewish supremacist, or white supremacist formations,” and “anti-imperialist state and national movements in the periphery.” Full conversation will be published on YouTube soon.
