@BronxBombers89 Hi Christian, thanks for your comment. For customers who prefer a wider foot placement, we offer the Hybrid series rower, which places the rower's feet on either side of its central aluminum rail, approximately 5 1/4" apart: waterrower.com/us/products/wa…

@WaterRower Can you guys listen to the 1000's of people complaining about the extremely narrow foot placement! It should be easy to offer a modification that increases it. People are showing DYI versions of it all over reddit. I literally can't use mine because of this.

@SLOCracker @JoeVennare @concept2 Hi Paul! As long as you are keeping up with the purification tablets (dropping one in every 3-6 months) then you shouldn't have to change the water out. Some customers like to change it out once a year but you don't necessarily have to.

@JoeVennare @concept2 I have a @WaterRower but have always wondered what a non-water rower would be like. The smooth action of the water rower is great but the hassle of changing the water in the rowing chamber is a pain.

@WaterRower Hey I have one of your classic wood rowers and Ive had it for years. The seal on the tank ruptured today during a row. Is there a replacement seal I can get? Do I need an entire new tank? Help! Im lost without my rower.

Rowing Tip # 4: Maintain a light grip on the handle Hold the handle at the widest part, palms facing down, and make sure you maintain a light grip on the handle during the stroke. No need for a death grip on the handle! #waterrower #rowingtip

Rowing Tip # 3: Sit Tall & Engage your Core! Think of pulling your belly button to your spine to feel the core activate. It's important to remember this simple, often overlooked, tip when just starting out to keep you rowing for the long run! #waterrower #rowingtip

@contogymru Hello, thank you for your inquiry. We are continuing to work with our partners on the S5. In the meantime, we have alternative solutions such as SmartRow to enhance workout tracking and display. We would be happy to answer any additional questions you may have.

@WaterRower You might want to change your instructions to say not to completely tighten the bolts securing the rails until the footboard is in place. There is no way the footboard could fit with the bolts tight. It causes an unnecessary and annoying step to loosen and tighten.
