Cheerleading is physically demanding, but it’s also mentally demanding. These girls came off of a three day stunt clinic straight into two days of choreography. They pushed through every day and have one of the most jammed packed routines. I can’t wait to see how the year goes!

Being coachable means you are willing to consider feedback even if you don't like what you hear. It means resisting the urge to make excuses or get defensive when challenged. Getting better is more important than your ego. You'd rather get it right than be right!!

Teachers, your students may not remember everything about your class, but they will remember that you cared, showed grace, made them feel valued, and encouraged them to give/ become their best. They will remember that and you forever.

Congratulations to our Varsity for placing 2nd out of 22 teams in the Medium Varsity Division at the ICCA Championships yesterday. They put it all out on the floor! I couldn’t be proud more of them! Huge shoutout to Columbia and Triad for their support! 💙❤️🧡
