@santanderuk this is just from today. Of course the system is down. After being on hold all this time, I’m told that your entire systems are down and no one can even chase up my issue anyway, which is still ongoing for almost 2 weeks. I’ve never been so let down and annoyed.

@santanderuk in the space of a month I’ve had major issues with both Personal AND Business banking. Locked out of accounts for weeks. Each call takes an hr of my time. And you can’t even lodge my complaint within the timeframe. I am done. 20 years of custom. This is a joke.
