When will we normalize pitching coaches having a background in human anatomy and not a background it analytics. What tf does the data matter if your player doesn’t have an arm?

The notion that colleges develop you is such a false claim from a pitchers standpoint. Time and time again I see pitchers with mechanical flaws that go untouched that end up resulting in TJ.
