@Kgill39 It isn't rocket science. Savoie is really good with Roslovic AND Mcdavid... That should be explored... Hyman and Savoie don't have that chemistry together.. And Nuge doesn't drive any plays. He needs to attack the middle or stay 3rd line shutdown with Dickinson

Savoie has created the most chances next to McDavid since Leon got injured. His reward is the 3rd line. Knoblauch’s coaching is impeccable…

Oilers need to fire Knoblauch tonight if we're gonna even MAKE playoffs... We trade for Dickinson to counter other team's top lines and Knobby isn't even using him for that. Just a mindless coach getting exposed because drai isn't there to make him look good.

@liveoil97 @6ErikJohnson I'm an oilers fan and even I'll say Nuge isn't close to kadri... Kadri is a shutdown guy that can beat a dman and take a puck to the net. Nuge touches the puck here and there for mcdavid. Big difference. Kadri also wins more faceoffs and hits.

In the "possibility" that Nurse + Mangiapane is traded, Edm would gain 12.85m in cap space. Only Draisaitl and Matthews is over that cap space.

Oilers fans are gonna call me crazy but for some reason, I feel like Mangiapane is gonna do really well with Chicago... They're gonna play him with decent linemates and he's gonna finish the season with around 25 points.

@itsWozzz I'm hoping for a Nurse trade. But the options are limited. I think the only D for D you could do are: Erik Karlsson and Morgan Rielly. You'd probably have to throw in a Samanski to get Rielly without any retention on Nurse but if the option is there, they gotta take it now.

I like the player the Oilers are acquiring in Jason Dickinson, but I'm not a fan of the deal as a whole. Unless it's a top prospect, sending a first-round pick is wild. I guess that's the sweetener to take Mangiapane and have Chicago retain salary on Dickinson.

@mathewjdp The main reason why I don't think Nurse will be moved this week is that his wife just had a baby a few days ago. He is not going to uproot his family with a week old baby and he is not going to go somewhere alone with family for the rest of the season.
