I would counter with its more so the concentration of black excellence that is the draw. You can have a black doctor, dentist, lawyer, accountant, landscaper, home builder, etc. There’s maybe only 1 or 2 other places that can give you that.

There is only one city in the United States that doesn't grow north - Minneapolis-St. Paul, restricted by geography. Every other city in the country grows north. That's the framework Rex Glendenning has been using for 40 years to position himself in front of growth. People in Celina laughed at him 30 years ago for buying dirt in the boondocks. I never said that it wasn’t. Lawyers look for any technicality to get a case overturned and get a new trial. They clearly went in and pursued the easiest way to get the trial overturned.
Because it gives them an opportunity to present the evidence in their case differently.
But again, if you watched the original trial, there was more than ample forensics presented by the defense team that it was physically impossible for him to have been a solo killer of his family, and they’ll most likely build on that in the new trial.
There were definitely others involved.

Ok I dont really think anyone needs to be wearing a bike helmet unless theyre doing serious speeds or in traffic
Little 6 mph kid bike ride on the sidewalk in the neighborhood, no helmet
Most kids in my neighborhood dont use one and I like that
