@hol40900 Give your head a wobble. If they were fleeing war and poverty, they would have stopped fleeing as soon as they hit a safe country. The majority are economic migrants pure and simple. If they were genuine assylum seekers, there would be a much higher % of women and children

Farage calls desperate people fleeing war and poverty an "invasion" — while hiding from questions about his own undeclared £5 million gift. The only invasion happening is grifters into Parliament. Shameful language from a shameful man.

@reece_dinsdale Thought you'd be happy as they are going to build detention centres in constituencies where the Greens are in charge. Then you'll be able to give all those doctors and engineers a proper welcome

@reece_dinsdale @ZackPolanski Oh dear Reece. Farage has already said he might consider it, but certainly not until after the local elections. He's far too busy travelling the country, meeting people and listening to their concerns. He gets a great reception everywhere. Zack wouldn't last 5 mins out there

@markofagenius The opposition don't need to score as Starmer is playing at centre-back and scores an own goal every time the ball comes his way

The overplay of the Mandelson story by the opposition and the media is like a football team passing the ball amongst themselves and never having a shot on goal and thus never scoring!

@PhilMyers53 When I feel a little low after Two-Tier's usual PMQs deflection and "how to lie" class, I know I can always come and have a good laugh at your deluded posts to cheer me up again

@adiosmuchachos4 @markofagenius He doesn't take his MP salary. It is donated to charity. When asked which charity he simply answered it depends on who Labour is shafting at the time.

I guess Farage is somewhere in the UK today pretending to be a working class hero.

@MatthewStadlen We will never get bored of Starmer being exposed for the charlatan that he is. Won't be too long now, the pain of his pitiful time in office will soon be over.

Just a hunch, but think people are getting bored of the Starmer Mandelson vetting story now. Headlines are moving on.

@PhilMyers53 From what I've seen of the video clip (I will gladly retract if there is more), the person abusing him never actually mentioned his political beliefs. He just said he was a w*£nker and had no clue about working class men. So just stating facts from what I can tell

@PhilMyers53 @KemiBadenoch Surely stating facts cannot be classed as "parroting". If it is, Surely Starmer must be parroting every time he says he wasn't told and he didn't know.

@JohnCrookes7 Most people won't be tired of it until he steps down. You would have to have a very low IQ to believe that Starmer did not know that Mandelson had failed the vetting process. If he truly didn't know, you have to question his suitability to be the PM. Gross incompetence

I think most people are now tired of the witch-hunt of our PM over the Mandleson affair which by comparison with other current world events is of no great consequence. They want him out because of his ongoing success in turning the country around after years of Tory corruption.

@PhilMyers53 @Keir_Starmer Oh dear, oh dear. Even if he didn't know "we just know him as Peter" had failed the vetting, it dies not excuse how Starmer has handled the whole thing from start to finish. What sort of Prime Minister does not keep himself abreast of all the facts ? An totally incompetent one !!

When Starmer leads the UK back into the EU and smashes what is left of Brexit he will create a legacy to rival Churchill.

I think it very fair to say we have the right leader of the UK in these very difficult and challenging times. Not only is @Keir_Starmer is achieving great things at home and slowly repairing the terrible damage done by the Tories, but internationally, he represents us with great intelligence and dignity in face of the mad man in the White House @realDonaldTrump. Also, and best of all, he is now steering us back home to where we truly belong, the heart of Europe and the EU. So far, I give the man a deserved 10/10. #TenYearKeir #CalmerWithStarmer
