Dioscorus was accused by the Roman Legates of having Soldiers essentially hunting him, Eusebius says it was at the behest of Dioscorus these soldiers were acting, Theodosius to Dioscorus said he had the imperial soldiers at his behest. Was it Theodosius or Dioscorus?

Cyprian of Carthage in his epistle to Magnus states even if heretics baptise in the name of the trinity and have the correct views of God they must still be Re-baptized. Later the Africans corrected this and joined into one belief with Rome and Alexandria regarding Rebaptism.
