If you're travelling into #Oxford and are exempt from the new "temporary" congestion charge, ensure you add the Oxford CC Exempt pass to your Waze Passes and permits settings so Waze can route you through.

If you use the TfL Auto Pay system, ensure to add the new pass/permit in Waze settings to show the correct discount when using that system.

The new Silvertown Tunnel is now open in London. All fully mapped and routable on Waze. The new tunnel and the Blackwell Tunnel both show the correct toll price depending on the time of day.

Waze have said "the issue has been resolved and things should be back to normal now". If you're still have trouble, contact @Waze for support.

Many users are reporting issues with the app changing language and other settings. Please hang tight while @Waze look into it.

As Wales have reduced the speed limit on the majority of their residential streets to 20 mph, our volunteer editors have been busily updating the map and these should be live in the @Waze app later this week.

New expanded ULEZ comes into force around London today, and Waze will prefer to route around it. Always check your route before you set off. If your vehicle is compliant, you can add the relevant pass in the settings to get routes through the zone.

@Ducatisto62 This really looks to be a scam payment that is trying to look like it has come from Google or Waze, but that's just not possible. You will have to take this up with your bank. You may need to cancel your card to be sure.

@WazeUK You were spot-on, my Google account tells me I do NOT have a subscription for Waze! Can you possibly send me a note confirming I have been scammed, my bank cannot cancel without such an authorisation. Many thanks.

@WazeUK why can I not access the Waze app on my phone to delete my account? I never use Waze and wish to stop paying the subscription fee which I’m not sure I even knew I was paying... until just now! Please advise soonest!

@Ducatisto62 It's still the case Waze doesn't not have any paid for service. Could this be an imposter app you've installed by mistake? You should check your Google Pay account for any outgoing subscriptions: support.google.com/googlepay/answ…
