Once again. You are the problem if you point to problems in Britain. The problem itself is not the problem.
By the way, news just in: Syrian migrant who arrived in 2023 via the Family Reunion Scheme has just been found guilty of raping a 19 year old woman in a portaloo on Bournemouth Beach.
But remember, you’re the one who is dividing the country by pointing out we’ve got a problem.

I’ll always champion peaceful protest. But the Unite the Kingdom march organisers are peddling hatred and division. We’ve already blocked visas for far-right agitators who want to come here to spew their extremist views. They don't speak for the decent, fair, respectful Britain I know.

@maxsec @_ConnieShaw Really?
David Paton@cricketwyvern
UK trade data for 2025 published yesterday. We now have 10 years of data since the EU ref & 5 since we left the customs union. Remember the OBR forecast Brexit would reduce UK trade by 15% (hence their forecast of a 4% hit to productivity). Let’s see how that is working out …
English

@get_involved1 @_ConnieShaw Show an example of where the vassal state was a thing ?
English

@maxsec @_ConnieShaw Aligning now with no say is a mistake, certainly. Anyone in favour of subordinating our country to vassal status is at least making clear their disdain for sovereignty & their preference for distant unaccountable globalist government.
English

@patriotmediauk @_ConnieShaw No response, noted
So try with immigration , show why it was a problem
English

@get_involved1 @_ConnieShaw Ok so disprove my point , show where the UK /au trade deal was better thn the EU/au .
English

@maxsec @_ConnieShaw That is not evidence to support your assertion.
You have simply repeated the narrative line dished out by the pro EU camp, but have clearly not investigated the issue yourself.
Sort of what I was saying earlier about Remain voters not being very informed.
English

@clarity_chaser @_ConnieShaw Nope, many left before they were chucked out
English

@maxsec @_ConnieShaw The Boris wave was mass immigration aimed at wage suppression in the health and social care sector.
English

@get_involved1 @_ConnieShaw Oh I agree the remain campaign was bad, it assumed we all saw the benefits.
Now can clearly the hassle of trading with our nearest marketing without free access
English

@maxsec @_ConnieShaw The campaign on both sides was pretty dire.
What was most striking was how little the Remain voters understood about how the EU worked, & still don’t seem to know all these years later.
English

@maxsec @_ConnieShaw Not once did I say "it was a poor deal". I take it reading comprehension is not your strongest area.
English

@maxsec @_ConnieShaw No i can't because that was not the original point of the convo. You're just moving goal posts and acting like you're on some high horse.
English

@clarity_chaser @_ConnieShaw Tmthe mass immigration that left and killed much of our ability to deliver care services
That immigration.
Or the boats that got worse since Brexit as the French have no incentive to stop them
English

@maxsec @_ConnieShaw The Boris wave is real.. He ignored the anti mass immigration vote that Brexit was about
English

@patriotmediauk @_ConnieShaw So you can't say why it's bad and what it should look like.
Got it
English

@maxsec @_ConnieShaw Stop moving the goal posts ffs.
English

@get_involved1 @_ConnieShaw That's the trade deals with the antipodes that are worse than the EU got .. those trade deals?
English

@maxsec @_ConnieShaw Trade deals work by paying subs to the country with whom you trade? 😳
Please do provide the evidence of what subs we have to pay to Australia, NZ, Japan, India etc al as part of our trade deals with them, or indeed subs paid to us by those with whom we have trade deals.

English

@get_involved1 @_ConnieShaw It was all sunlit uplands from leave.
When it was more Mordor
English

@maxsec @_ConnieShaw … nothing better than vassal status.
And to think it is Leave voters who were constantly called ill educated, thick & not understanding what they were voting for.
3/
English

@get_involved1 @_ConnieShaw So removing our influence on the standards wasn't a good idea then.
Well said
English

@maxsec @_ConnieShaw You seem unaware that alignment with the EU making us subservient to their rules & regulations with no say at all is not just compliance by those who actually trade with them, which is standard, it is also compliance by all who never trade with them too. That is not normal &…
2/
English

@patriotmediauk @_ConnieShaw So given the contraints how would you do the job
English

@maxsec @_ConnieShaw Well, I'd move out then if that's the case.
And no, it wasn't implemented properly at all.
English

@get_involved1 @_ConnieShaw Because that's how trade deals works
And we now have no say in their standards we have to meet to sell in their block.
Thanks for showing Brexit was a daft idea
English

@maxsec @_ConnieShaw We already have a trade deal with the EU. Why should we pay them when they sell us far more than we sell them?
Having a massive deficit with a trading partner is hardly “the best one”. We have NI issues because PM May allowed the EU to box her in during negotiations.
English

@patriotmediauk @_ConnieShaw Because it's dead and needs removing it's stinking the place up.
And no it's wasn't implemented 10 years ago
English

@maxsec @_ConnieShaw So why are you crying about a 'dead parrot' 10 years later?
