In Worcestershire, the Tories have teamed up with the Greens to topple the minority Reform administration and replace it with a Green-led rainbow coalition.

I had a conversation with my girlfriend last night.
She's an NHS nurse, working in the cancer department.
She was looking over the file for an incoming patient and noticed an odd address. He was registered as living at a local hotel.... So she read further.
The man has been in the country since LAST MONDAY. Reported bleeding out of his arsehole for around 2 weeks and has been pushed directly to the front of the queue for tests/treatment.
You can break into our country illegally and less than a week later you have the red carpet rolled out for you, pushing actual British people further down the waiting list and putting their lives at risk.
In what world is this ok and normal?

I’ve told this story before but I had an uber driver tell me that he had 3 wives and they all have 2 kids and claim housing separately though 2 of them live together, so they sublet the extra flat. I had people tell me this was impossible because polygamy is illegal, sure man

Statement from Cllr Samantha Gethen: I was asked to leave a SEND community roundtable this morning - not for causing disruption, but because the local Conservative MP, @bhatti_saqib, refused to begin the meeting until I left. I attend North Solihull’s SEND support group as a parent of children with SEND. Yes, I am also an elected Reform councillor - but today I attended as a mother wanting to discuss support for children and families. Rather than allow the meeting to become uncomfortable for the organisers or other parents attending, I chose to leave out of respect for them, and for the significant time and effort that had gone into organising the event for local SEND families. Their priorities should always come before any attempt by the local MP to ostracise me because of my political affiliation. It is deeply disappointing that a non-political family event was turned into a political issue. Excluding a SEND parent from a conversation about their child’s future is wrong. SEND families deserve to be heard, regardless of politics.

Reform UK councillors in Kent have put forward rule changes that will allow for the reading of the lord's prayer and singing of the national anthem before council meetings. As you can imagine, the Green's are beside themselves with rage.
