On June 24, 2009, Michael Jackson had just finished rehearsals for his big comeback tour. Around midnight he got home, had a late dinner from his nutritionist and went to his bedroom to rest but he couldn’t sleep.. Michael Jackson had severe insomnia and he relied on medication so much that a medication room was even built right next to his bedroom. That night like many before he went to his medication room and his personal doctor Conrad Murray gave him a dose of propofol.. a powerful hospital grade anesthetic usually only used during surgery. Problem is… Murray wasn’t qualified to use it and this time the dosage was too much. So after the injection Murray left the room and when he came back Michael was barely breathing, his pulse was weak, and he was fading fast but instead of calling 911 immediately.. Murray panicked, ran downstairs and called Michael’s assistant. By the time help arrived it was already too late.. Michael Jackson was gone and Dr Conrad Murray was later sentenced to four years in prison. RIP to the greatest musician to ever walk the earth🕊️
