You seem to understand the high attrition but you don’t seem to understand that talent wins out. Good programs aren’t afraid to bring in more talent, especially at the most important position. Georgia was trying to do the same thing and they are a top program/a better program than Penn state for a reason. PB could be starting in a year or 2 based on numerous factors/circumstances because he is extremely talented. VT is willing to pay elite QBs and just lockered Penn state for their top qb target lol cope harder.
