We had issued extreme caution in our submissions during drafting of BNS to the Hon'ble Home Ministry of the possible opening of Pandoras box of converting cheating cases (even if assumed true) as BNS 69 cases.

And we just knew. We tried and would continue to bring this to notice of those in power and @DelhiPolice . However, we were stopped back in 2024 stating BNS 69 is an idea of GOI any peaceful dissent may be considered against GOI. #Fakecases
