I’m thrilled to share our latest peer-reviewed human study: My own data from a personal journey in digital health, published in @pnasnexus! For years, our team has used small data to optimise patient therapy. I never imagined that I’d be using my own #data to gamify adherence to health optimisation. This study used #digital technologies to monitor my metabolic switch (flipping from sugar to ketosis) via The Regimen: ⏳Fasting: At least 20 hrs per day, with 48h and 72h fasts. 🏋️‍♂️ Fitness: At least 90 min. of strength or cardio. 🥬 🥩 Food: Green and Lean I’ll share learnings along the way. Here’s a few to start: 📉 Biomarkers: Seeing how quickly my blood #biomarkers changed from exercise and fasting was super cool. ☕️ Small habits: This regimen didn’t happen overnight. It started with removing sugar from my morning coffee, then organic habit stacking to remove the milk and then all carbs until it was just #KopiOKosong. 📷 Pic: Taken in Bali during 31 days of sustained regimen, further supported by the hotel kindly cutting all starch and sugar from my meals, which were still tasty!
