@tolgaguyer We’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again, if a detector also sells its own humanizer tool, it’s either a scam or just a money-milking strategy.

Defalarca yazdım, yüksek öğretim kurumlarımızın ve dergilerin yüksek ücretler ödeyerek satın aldığı yapay zeka metin dedektörlerinin şarlatan yazılım olduğunu ve bunun teknik olarak olanaklı olmadığını…+

Although everyone is using AI, there's still a stigma when reading a slack post or email from a colleague and see AI markers. Someone made a "humanizer" skill that audits and fixes the most common AI-isms!

@RaziaAliani Great points. AI detectors were never the real solution anyway. Clear AI policies, oral reviews, and process-based evaluation make far more sense than relying on tools that still produce false flags. Human judgment will always matter more than detection scores.

The question every educator is asking: "Did my student actually write this?" The solution is NOT ⤵️ — better detection software. — going back to handwritten exams. — pretending AI doesn't exist. Here's what I learned from reading this book ⤵️ 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗜: → Design assessments that require personal experience → Use staged submissions with drafts and notes → Ask students to defend their work orally → Create discipline-specific prompts AI can't handle 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀: → Require students to document their AI usage → Use "confirmation checks" - ask about specific sources → Focus on process, not just the final product → Design authentic assessments tied to real-world problems 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵: Universities like Notre Dame give students 4 clear options: — Prohibited (when measuring core skills) — With permission only (specific sections) — With acknowledgment (document all prompts) — Freely allowed (for brainstorming/drafts) 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱: — Clear boundaries for each assignment — Training on prompt engineering — Understanding of AI limitations and bias — Skills to fact-check AI output 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸: Students are already using these tools. The question isn't whether they'll use it - it's whether we'll teach them to use it ethically. The institutions winning this aren't the ones with the best detection software. They're the ones preparing students for an AI-integrated workplace while maintaining academic rigor. 💬 Which approach is your institution taking? ------------------- 𝗨𝘀𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗹? 🔄 Retweet (& like) Follow @RaziaAliani to get more useful AI in Research content in your feed. @panicsellnow That “one-click humanization” already proves it’s using AI algorithms to humanize the text, and that can still get flagged by good detectors.

@petergyang The comical thing is if a student has access to a tool that evaluates for AI, they can iterate to get an AI to pass for human in the AI test. Imagine the prompt: "Add in an occasional grammar or spelling mistake."

@funofvideo That’s tricky since the same prompt won’t work for everyone. I’d rather suggest using our human review service and letting 20+ humans work on your text to make it feel truly "HUMANIZED"

@GSA_SEO Hey, just read your blog. Those humanizers are good, but most still rely on AI patterns that can get detected. You should also check out WeCatchai.com/human-review, where real humans rewrite the text. Would love your feedback on it.
