💋 Maci- My POV February 23, 2026 Aspen No new snow here today. The mountains look calm. Can’t say the same for my folks in around New York. Dad checked in. They’re well prepared, staying put, riding it out like seasoned New Englanders. That’s what matters. On a completely different note, I keep circling back to the SpencerStock songs Edgar wrote. Maci 💋 My POV Feb 10. Mid-flight to Aspen We’re somewhere between Los Angeles and home, and for the first time in days my shoulders are finally dropping. Our friend is going to be okay. It will be a slow recovery, but there is a road forward, and that’s everything. Ava… my dear Ava. She has that rare way of pulling smiles out of people without trying. Light, laughter, ease. Our friend needed us, yes, but she especially needed Ava’s joy. Watching that reminded me how powerful presence can be when it’s genuine. And then there’s this week’s unexpected revelation.
