@alicerichardsx @lufthansa Hey Alice, we had the same issue. What flight # / date did you fly? We were LH458 on 19.12.22. Was a computer error on plane causing delay but they’re trying to back out of owing us by lying and saying it was weather. Keen to know if you were on same flight or if a pattern.

Extremely disappointed with @lufthansa communication after a delayed flight led to a missed connection and a 24hr delay in San Fran airport (no accommodation, food, water or voucher). Everyone in same position has received compensation and 6 weeks later we have had no response.
