Technically India is a shithole 🤷🏼‍♂️ For decades, most Indian train coaches used drop-chute or open-discharge toilets—essentially holes in the floor that dumped waste straight onto the tracks below. With tens of millions of daily passengers, this created literal trails of feces along the entire rail network.

Trump’s post describing Chinese & Indian immigrants as “gangsters with laptops” and calling India a “hellhole” is disgusting, insulting and rooted in white supremacy. Birthright citizenship is foundational to America—no amount of racism or xenophobia from Trump can change that.

Overwhelming majority of Indian immigrants are legal, follow the process, are vetted and approved by DHS/USCIS/DOS. What about majority of Mexican immigrants?

@RepBera No American dream was meant to originate from an Indians head. Its disrespectful to the wishes of the Founding Fathers who dreamed that America would be white for 1,000+ years.

As the son of immigrants from India, I take great pride in both my heritage and in the country that gave my family the opportunity to build a better life. They do not weaken America — they strengthen it. America was built by people from all over the world who believed in its promise and worked tirelessly to make it better for the next generation. That’s the story of my family, and it’s the story of millions of families across our nation. President Trump, who was born into wealth and privilege, has never had to struggle the way so many immigrant families have. He does not understand the grit, sacrifice, and determination it takes to build a life from the ground up. He does not understand public service, and he does not understand the values that make America the greatest nation in the world. We are a nation of immigrants, and we are stronger because of it.
