@SkyUK I tried to keep this private as you asked to PM yous but yet again you argue that fact you failed to inform me of any changes in advance, only upon arriving back in the UK did you send the information, I have now requested a Deadlock letter to take this complaint further.
@SkyUK will never recommend Sky again. I cannot express how much I feel let down and just disregarded after years of loyalty to what once was a good company. I wish I could leave less than a star as I don't feel the company even deserves one star.

@SkyUK So I still have not had a resolution & sky mobile team have made matters worse, I ask if he knew who the CEO of Sky Mobile is & he said no, I had to inform him that it's Dana Strong and I would love for her to hear my story and how I have just been treated by her Sky team
@SkyUK I asked if I could get a call back from another manager who was coming into their shift and he denied me that, he said he has arranged a call back for me tomorrow & that is it.
@SkyUK I asked to speak to his manager & he told me no because he would only say the same as him, I said that's fine I want to hear it from him, Sudeep then started to shout at me over the phone yelling at me that he cannot transfer the call as his manager has finished for today
@SkyUK Sudeep arranged a call back & dictated the call, he said that "pricing cap when I took out the SIM is all there" I have had this SIM for many years & I do remember that many years ago I agreed with someone a £45 cap, but he insisted that it was sky did that as a default.
@SkyUK Sky could clearly see that I done this & it obviously wasn't needed but I wasn't to know that, I only got the text message from sky telling me the pricing for using my phone in Mexico once I had got back into the UK.
@SkyUK Sudeep listened at first then told me the most that Sky will do in my case is offer £15 credit as a gesture of goodwill, I tried to explain that I have learning difficulties & the text that was sent, from my understanding was that I needed to roll data from my piggy bank
@SkyUK I persisted that I spoke to a manager so she passed me off to a different department saying that it was her superiors but it happened to be the technical department which were very apologetic and then passed me back to Sky mobile department when I spoke to Sudeep...
@SkyUK I asked to speak to a manager she put me on hold for several minutes, came back & said she had spoken to her manager and she was correct & there's nothing that can be done.

I got a text while out there thinking it was that I had used some of my data so I rolled over more. Zeba in her words "Normal people would check with sky before going to Mexico or Spain or wherever" I was slightly offended as now it seems I am not a normal person.

TIME TO LEAVE SKY MOBILE
I called through to Sky Mobile & spoke with Zeba, I was calling to complain that Sky never notified me of cost of using my mobile whilst in Mexico until I returned to the UK, I was charged £45.00 for a total of 20.82mb usage.
@goonermark1985@BetfredHelp Best reply I ha e had yet is using Resolver, it's a complaints website, absolutely free and they tell you your rights, hope this helps or hope maybe your issue has been resolved, mine has not yet.
@BetfredHelp many people have made deposits and not seeing funds, me and many others have bets that are not settled and this has been almost 12 hours now, what is the issue and how long will it be resolved? people want answers
