The Pure Boss Essence System has just arrived on @MaplestoryU ❄️ What changed and how does it work? ✦ Players now obtain Pure Boss Essence by clearing bosses! Using the Pure Boss Essence registers the raffle and also grants Nodestones. Pure Boss Essence usage limits: Account-wide: Max 90 per week(daily + weekly bosses) Weekly bosses: Max 12 per character Example: If one character uses 12 weekly boss Pure Boss Essence, the remaining characters in the account may use up to 78 total. After reaching the usage limit, players will instead receive additional Honor EXP equivalent to the boss clear. ✦ All party members now have an equal NESO drop rate! Example: In a 5 member party, If a 100K NESO reward has a base 100% drop rate, each player receives an individual roll with a 20% drop rate (1/5 probability). Why are these changes so good? With this new system, players should see a big increase in their daily boss rewards. No more daily boss mules taking everyone's NESO!!! Also, bossing in a party is extremely fair now compared to before!
