its a builders market and the team continues to ship we recently added multipliers to daily quests, meaning players with more karma will get more rewards (and vice versa) this reinforces proof of contribution whilst also reducing overall token emissions

@xderek In all honesty, I’m not a fan of “risk-to-earn” gameplay in web3 gaming. Or as I would like to call it “GAMBLING” Call me old fashioned… but… I prefer to spend on a game for perks I’m a 100% sure of getting after I pay…

crypto gaming appears to be leaning more and more into "risk-to-earn" as the core economic model this combines established business models (real money games) with the financialised tech that crypto offers we recently experimented with a "king of the hill" liveops event where players compete on luck + simple strategy seeing some early promise with ~5M FISH spent in the past week (10% gets burned, rest goes back to players) the biggest challenge for us, and risk-to-earn generally, will be getting repeat plays (in particular from "losers")
