I lost 1 Million followers overnight, more than most people struggle to gain 10k - 523K on Loser2Leader, one of 🇮🇳India’s biggest motivation pages. - 369K on Epic Gag, where we had built a strong US & UK audience. - 11K on the Crypto Sutra YT channel That’s approx 1 Million people. And for a moment, even my personal 210K Web3 Instagram account disappeared too. Thankfully, that one came back. But the other pages took with them years of work, community, and consistency, all gone in a moment Still, I never stopped building. That resilience is what brought me here today. Even after losing so much, this community is still a family of 1 Million people across platforms. And that’s why I believe so deeply in crypto. Centralized platforms can wipe out years of work overnight, but true storytelling, real communities, and conviction can never be deleted. That journey is exactly why applying to the @a16z New Media Fellowship means so much to us. Equities have rightfully sold off in the past weeks 🎯 Before February the consensus was: "Equities are at ATHs and BTC is "breaking out" to 96-98K, how can you be bearish? Imagine what happens if equities keep ripping." After february the consensus flipped to: "BTC is already so low, and equities have not even began dropping. If they plummet as you say, imagine what happens to BTC, it will be at 40K, how can you be bullish!" BTC dropped heavy in late Jan/February as expected✅ Equities followed later ✅ Crypto remains range bound ever since while equities continue to sell-off✅ Instead, try to imagine what happens when equities end their sell-off and crypto still hasn't dropped further with it 🤔 Imagine what happens if SPX bounces here to like 6700. Remember that the market is forward looking. Not present and definitely not backwards looking
