Day 89/90 One more day to go. Does that mean I stop being consistent? Nah, not happening. This is just part of my life now. I'v actually enjoyed building this momentum. 89 days ago, staying consistent with fitness and habits felt impossible. But this whole series? It just got me to show up. That's it. And somewhere along the way, I built some discipline and found a routine that's actually working. Just trying to be a little better than I was yesterday. I probably won't keep flooding your feed with daily updates after this lol. Or maybe I will... we'll see how I'm feeling 👀 Today update: - Got a lot done at work (yes, employment arc is officially here) - Spent time researching and learning for work - Hit the gym for leg day, 45 mins - Ate clean, felt lighter mentally, and stayed locked in. Feeling: 10/10 ✨
