@GMerchantCenter That response is exactly the problem. 8 tickets. 20+ transfers. Every time we reply to the email thread, we get a new agent with no context who tells us to wait 48 hours. Then it repeats. We are not asking for a new ticket. We are asking for one person with the authority solve.
