@ENM1989 @LionHirth Historisch war die erforderliche Verteilnetz-Spitzenkapazität stark lastseitig getrieben - da machte es nach dem Verursacherprinzip Sinn, Kosten den Regionen aufzubürden, wo mehr Strom verbraucht wurde. Heute ist die Sinnhaftigkeit mit dezentralen EE so nicht mehr gegeben.

Remember negative wholesale prices are always a consequence of distortive policies. Solar power can be turned off at no cost. So why keep it running when you have to pay for producing power? You're guessing right: to earn yourself subsidy payments.
