Roblox moderation flagging their own gear as alcohol is the reason our game was taken down.

Our game is still banned, nearly 7 days of lost revenue. Luckily we are not that big of a game so it isn't a lot of money. Wondering how many other games are still impacted and how much revenue has been lost in total.

@OfficialFlezent forced in what way? You should clarify the core purpose of your game to them and explain how it doesn't meet the criteria

Roleplay groups are probably the safest games on Roblox because we have our own team of moderators, and our servers aren’t that large. Yet I’m forced to set my game as a social hangout game when it’s not.

Update. Roblox has messaged about my game “Boba Cafe” and says it’s not suitable for ages under 13. I’m not sure how that’s possibly because it’s literally a kids game. However, I clearly am unable to fight that as they’re not giving the choice too.

The entire process needs fixing - innocent developers should not be punished.

Without this, the majority of developers without any internal contacts are just completely left in the dark and have no idea what to do - and most of them probably won't have their game unbanned.

If your game is falsely banned, is there any accountability for revenue lost or are we just expected to take the loss? I'm asking because a number of people have had their games falsely deleted over the weekend, and in some cases this can result in a pretty big loss in revenue.

@StarMarine614 @uhKenobii @OfficialFlezent One thing to double check on the implementation would be whether it fails open rather than fails closed. i.e if the PolicyService API fails to return a value no links should be shown. Other than that there may be a real issue with how compliance is being checked on this.

Roblox has responded saying that their moderation was correct because we have our twitter/ X handle for codes. You can link your social on the game page, group and your account page. They also have this snippet right here that says we are allowed to reference our X handle. I have joined several top games, and most had twitter / codes in game. Absolute nonsense.
