I’ve spent years in the Congress working to pass legislation that will protect kids online and rein in Big Tech’s surveillance, and am pleased to support the bipartisan KIDS Act, which will strengthen youth privacy protections online, require Big Tech to design their products with kids’ safety in mind, give young people and families better control, and preserve parents’ ongoing and future lawsuits.
