My only 2025 resolution: pay off my car Today’s Dec 24 and I still owe $6K So I’m lighting this candle, and on Dec 30 I am heading to the casino, bc I’m holding onto hope until 12/31 @ 11:59:59 PM Drop your name + an emoji for what YOU want to manifest before the year ends

On December the 31st, when the clock ticked 11:59:59 pm. I felt like a failure. Last year, my only resolution was paying off my car, and it did not happen. I felt disappointed, frustrated, and just gave the matter up, I let it go, and can you guess what happened next? I went back to paying my regular monthly payments on the car, so I paid January, then February and when March comes I go to do my taxes and my accountant tells me: sweet, you overpaid last year you’ll get a $3k tax return! My eyes went: 🤩🤩🤩 - Are you kidding? I actually saved up $2.5k on a separate account for paying my taxes. - Well, then, I guess you’ll have $5.5k when the tax return hits your account. I literally jump on the chair with excitement - What are you going to do with that money? - Oh! I know what I’m going to do. - Are you going on vacation? Any plans to invest it? - Nope, I AM GOING TO PAY OFF MY CAR. And just like that 3 months after my deadline, I am proud to say I PAID OFF MY CAR. And the funny things is that I paid it with 2025 money, so… can we say that I actually made it? Does this count as making my last year resolutions?
