@FavynTube Halo 5 at least went full in with designing around sprint. Halo Infinite treats it like a joke. I called it "good" at the time because it barely gave a boost, thus satisfying sprint and non-sprint fans, but it really shows they didn't want to bother. Campaign Evolved is the same

@nocontextmemes Yeah, there's no way the house flipper fixed the home's issues over a 2 month period. Either they're on some min-max house repair, only repairing the most egregious things to maximize time to profits, or they cheap the fuck out on everything and just covered up most issues

@GalacticMj I think it's a case where people are (understandably) confused as the anime and manga diverge a lot with 17's strength here, and it's inconsistent to begin with. Anime 17 spars with Blue Goku, fights Toppo and Jiren, while manga 17 spars with SSJ3 Goku, but also blocks Jiren?

@ChiChi_Verse @LastSaiyanLeake There is absolutely no way that Nappa isn’t a Planet Buster at MINIMUM. Again Durability scales with power in DB (we LITERALLY KNOW THIS) Conquest is vaporizing his hand on contact. It’s not that deep.

@logorn_gadum @art_jake The power scaling is very inconsistent. Vegeta, who was less than 3x stronger than Nappa, boasted that his strongest attack would blow up the planet if it hit. Then later, Frieza, who is literally 3-4 THOUSAND times stronger at that point, tries and fails to instantly destroy one

@kabangoanimes @dbs_10_10 Had a look myself, and yeah, Kai does have some more censorship. Apparently Japanese laws got more strict so they had to go through and censor more shots, this being one of them. But they still show Raditz with blood all over his mouth, and the attack still goes through Goku

@Slonk01 It's because they had a lot of other priorities. MCC released as a broken, buggy mess, and they only got MicroSHIT to let them fix it YEARS later because it was necessary for bringing MCC to PC (money). 343 bit off way more than they could chew in trying to make the MCC

After having played the OG games on OG hardware instead of MCC, it is genuinely such a crime how insanely lame the menus in MCC are. So much potential to do something insanely cool for THE collection of games, and it just got squandered for whatever reason

Even I didn't realize that there are some scenes like this where Funimation added lines in the home releases because they're supposed to be there, not just to fill silence

@Woodlandbuckle This is an issue with the OG dub that got worse with the home releases. Apparently they added off-screen lines in a lot of scenes like this. I wish I could find a broadcast clip of this scene to show

@BrokeHomieCorn @KingpinThawne The music in the first clip is the same "flashback music" that's used in a lot of scenes, and while it's not unfitting, it doesn't feel "intense" enough for how Goku's supposed to feel in this scene. Kai's music, while it is used a lot too, at least feels more intense here

@KingpinThawne The music is 10 times better in the first clip, the dialogue is better in the second clip. Both clips can be good. Having seen both, neither is perfect. If they combined the best parts of both clips then it would be perfect
