@KimChiarello @BankofAmerica The individuals at BofA are kind and are doing their best to help. Sadly, they're mostly powerless, and BofA as an org seems uninterested in actually helping

@KimChiarello @BankofAmerica I certainly have stopped using the card. The quickest way I've discovered to talk to someone who might know what's actually going on is to call 877-388-6578. When you finally get through the phone tree, insist that whoever answers xfers you to "existing claims"

I have a similar situation w/ @BankofAmerica , which has not been resolved for months & getting the run around :( @Weisbart if you figure out a way to get this resolved w/ @BankofAmerica, please let me know. Until then I've stopped using their CC. I suggest others do the same.

I’m all for paying for my membership, but why punish me if my internet is out? Or worse, when yours is. Others (Adobe et all) have solved this problem before, no? Join them and be even more awesome!
