@MoseyDm Mine is that you have to make a CON saving throw when something gruesome happens to see if you puke or not

What’s the house rule you bring with you to every game? Mine is regular healing potions are only a bonus action.

How often do your players fixate on NPCs that you just poof into existence instead of the pre planned ones you had in your back pocket and why is the answer always!? #ttrpg #DnD

Instead of telling people that I'm "multi-tasking" I just say that I'm half-assing two tasks because I couldn't be bothered to whole-ass either of them. It's a more honest picture of what's going on.

@EverythingMimic Oh yeah. Some of my favorite sessions are because I did just this thing and let the story play out. This recently happened in my Tuesday group and now there's a lich that possessed the bard through a cursed ring and the bard cut his own hand off to remove said ring. It was chaos.

@Dungeonlibrary Gin and tonic was invented by British officers returning from India who got used to putting quinine in their water to prevent malaria. So yes, gin and tonic is medicinal.
