So few days ago a patient relative SLAPPED me because I missed her child's vein on the first cannulation attempt 💀
The vein was rolling. ROLLING. Like it saw the needle and said "not today, not ever" and just... relocated. I chased it. I apologized to it. But still Nothing!

My proposal isn't to prove that any profession is more or less.
I have tutored Midwives and thier curriculum is tailored to be more hands on which fits the job description
