Patients supported by Medicaid, the largest source of health coverage in U.S., frequently visit new-to-them providers, making portable, accurate records critical for care continuity. Inaccurate forms lead to errors. We're applying tech where it's needed most. #WhyWellConnector

At WellConnector, our mission -- born from patient experience -- remains to make patient paperwork a thing of the past. The national focus on a patient-centric healthcare ecosystem is music to our ears, and we look forward to supporting this movement.

Despite advances in EHRs, providers still rely on patients manually entering data onto clipboards/tablets/online forms...or mailing paperwork. We're putting advancements in technology toward human-centered good to reduce errors & help patients provide accurate medical history.
