When we are filled with the Holy Spirit and live in love, there is a peace that comes with that. I try to fill myself with the Holy Spirit via praise and worship that I feel good and at peace. This world does pale in comparison to what comes after so it’s more of a coping strategy to deal with the temporary annoyance and pain that we deal with in this life. All will be made new but it’s already started in us! Like a seed growing 👍
