@nationalexpress trying to amend my amendable ticket it’s showing excess of £2.30 EW plus £5 amendment fee which is correct, then telling me the fee to pay is £33.30 + £5. To book it brand new it’s £33.30 why £38.30? Your system is charging the full price instead of the excess.

@nxcare Eh? It’s telling me the excess fee is £2.30 each way plus £5 to amend the ticket then trying to charge me £33.30 why would I pay £33.30 plus £5 total £38.30 when I could book it new for £33.30! Where is the £2.30 excess fee?

@WelshSue_ @WelshSue_ Hello, we are sorry, if you change the ticket, the amendment fee and the excess fare is charged as it will upgrade the ticket. It will not apply to another promotional or a cheaper ticket online.
