Spent the whole day reading about vasculitis because I had a patient with suspected temporal arteritis who presented with dental pain. When the ESR came back 115, I knew immediately US temporal STAT and steroids ASAP. Also referred surgical for biopsy! Was truly excited seeing this case 😂
