Being a writer means confidently saying that your writing is going well, while fully knowing that you haven't written anything in over a month.

It was a challenging first day on the job, but a great day nonetheless. The crutches really complicated things. So did working on a PC when I’ve had a Mac for 10 years! I’m proud of myself for re-entering the work force after being self employed for so long.

Well, it’s here! Today is my first day at my new job! I’ll still freelance on the weekends, but today starts a new career with benefits, insurance, and a 401k. I’m so ready!

@ClaudiaCookeNow It was definitely the most challenging experience in my existence to date, but I proved to myself I’m stronger than I thought. This happened the week after I arrived in Nebraska due to an unwanted divorce. And now I have a brand new life! And it’s good!

@ClaudiaCookeNow No. I shattered by tibia and broke my fibula. On June 28th I had a surgery to insert a rod and screws to hold my leg together. I’m starting a new job Monday and needed work shoes. Doc said it could be like this for a long time. I’m still on crutches.

I just had a former client ask if I could write 25 articles for him. I had to say no; I'm already booked. I wouldn't mind writing one each night after work, but my next two weekends are already booked with other clients. What a strange problem to have! #AmWriting

I’m having such a good time at life right now. In spite of my recent divorce and injuries, life is blissful. I start my new job Monday morning and I feel like a pre-teen getting ready for my first day of school! Evolving is so much fun! Weeeeee!
