@amylee_writer @jdclarknovelist Olive oil on the bread, then mozzarella cheese, then I sauteed the squash with onion and garlic, then I put that on the cheese, then I layer more cheese, a drizzle of oil, salt and pepper.

Why is it so hard to not mentally abuse yourself/your body while you're trying to get a bit healthier? I'm so mean to me.

@HDunn_Writer Me too -- I just try to use that "I get to" rather than "I have to" mindset and be okay with very, very slow progress

@TheaLanden Got it! So you can enjoy the baked goods w/out having to make them... Sounds like a plan.

@HDunn_Writer Still egg substitute. Which is mostly egg, but whatever. (I was allergic as a kid, but a combination of outgrowing it and immunosuppressants for the Crohn's means I can eat them now. I just never learned how to use them, though. 🤷‍♀️)

When you crack eggs, do you throw away the shells immediately or do you put them back into the egg carton like a psychopath?

@HDunn_Writer I don't eat eggs. So I guess there's no possible way I'm a psychopath. 😀

@HDunn_Writer I actually put them all in a basket for a month and then leave them on the porch of my least favorite neighbor.

@LassGene Yes, same here. But putting empty egg shells with remnants into the carton and back into the fridge? Ewww.

@HDunn_Writer I only put them back in if I’m using the last eggs in the carton and then throwing the carton away. Otherwise egg drippings are getting in there and that’s gross.
