You just hit 2 new top rated maps alltime out of 700 HLTV matches during this closed qual (2.60+). Imagine you wouldn't have hit even that Lower Final without that AA+ performance of yours (always a team game, but it mattered). Yes, going out with one hand on that IEM spot hits hard, but to see the glass half full you helped your team gather so much VRS that it is still going to pay off.

Please consider adding servers in Bulgaria or Romania @CounterStrike. This would be one of the best moves you can do for the balkan area. The vast majority of times, Vienna and Frankfurt would face more load than usual (as shown in game) and for us, we can get better ping and less issues with routing while giving less stress in Germany and Austria. Budget is not a problem for you, come on :D
