Its bizarre to see these people spend all day talking about how "Jews push open borders" and then when you point out that the Catholic pope or the Lutherans or even the Mennonites do the same thing, they call you a "Zioshill freak." Really mentally unwell.

I need to point something out: Catholics movement toward the GOP is probably the biggest advantage they have on election day now compared to 2008. The only other group that moved further to the right are "nothing in particulars" Feuding w/the Pope is an interesting choice.

The problem is the universalization of culturally particular goods If you're in a homogonous society where low-time preference high-trust behaviors are the norm small government is both possible and desirable If you treat it as a universal good you get what we have now

In retrospect, “small government” was the most blatant psyop ever. You’re not stopping Somali fraudsters by appealing to the principles of individual responsibility. You have to seize the levers of power and deny resources to your enemies. It’s the only way.
