This man had just parked his car in Minneapolis and started blowing on his whistle when a ICE agent walked up and punched him in the face without saying anything knocking off his glasses so he whistled again & was punched again in the face & knocked to the ground & arrested!

@MartinSLewis Covid seemed like the prominent reason for the reduction in actual customer service staff - it’s never returned and now we’re just stuck with the chatbots unable to speak to an actual human. Evri, PayPal - all good examples where it’s near impossible to speak to a person.
