In this regard, IEBC chair Ethekon should avoid making statements intended to cause confusion, and instead clarify the following issue for us: ✅ Total number of verified voters nationally and per county ✅ The exact number of registered voters per county whose biometrics were not captured in 2012, and therefore have not had a chance to vote since 2013.
